The Best Start Network in the Thunder Bay District offers comprehensive integrated services that support families with children from birth through to the transition into school. The goal is to have children ready and eager to learn and achieve success in school and in life by offering children and their families a place to meet, to learn and to grow together for free.
Networks across Ontario were formed after the provincial government's Best Start Plan was designed to give Ontario's children the best possible start to achieve success in school. In the Thunder Bay District, the Best Start Network is comprised of representatives from organizations whose mandates focus on the best interests of children and families.
